The remarkable era we are blessed to live in reveals possibilities that ordinary people couldn't even imagine just 100 years ago... With the advent of the internet, nearly all previously inaccessible knowledge has become instantly available. This did not happen by chance—it was foretold in ancient Vedic scriptures. However, with access to information comes a crucial question: How will humanity use this privilege? For any knowledge can be wielded for harm or for the greater good.

Throughout our long evolution, countless civilizations have collapsed simply because they chose a path of development that ultimately led to destruction—a path misaligned with the Creator's design.

Modern technocratic progress, like all things, has both negative and positive aspects. The dark side lies in the fact that, in the hands of those dominated by demonic qualities, technological advancements can swiftly annihilate all life on Earth. Moreover, most people today prefer interacting with devices (computers, tablets, TVs, smartphones) over genuine human connection. This is especially evident in developed nations, where family bonds have eroded to occasional phone calls, and traditional values have declined so sharply that many reject the idea of family altogether. Even friendships—if they still exist—are reduced to transactional, mutually beneficial arrangements. The very meaning of the word "friend" has degraded; now, it can refer to someone you've just met, knowing almost nothing about them. Yet true friendship is forged in adversity, tested over years of sincere care, and nurtured through irreplaceable face-to-face connection.

From this alienation spring psychological and mental health crises, which have already reached staggering proportions and continue to grow relentlessly.

Yet there is also light in this path: never before have there been such vast opportunities for personal growth, global business, and travel to any corner of the planet. These advancements allow us to accumulate diverse experiences in a relatively short time—experiences essential for our evolution and the fulfillment of our higher purpose.

Another significant shift is the increasing number of extraordinarily gifted children incarnating on Earth—a phenomenon unprecedented in scale. These children perceive the world through mature eyes, teaching their own parents astonishing truths and constantly generating revolutionary ideas...

The emergence of the New Human has long been underway, but now it is becoming undeniable. For the future of our planet depends on who will dominate Earth's population.

The Consciousness of the New Human

The New Human is free from religious dogma, political, social, and geographical limitations—yet respects all faiths and beliefs, seeing them as individual paths of free choice. Every religion corresponds to a certain level of understanding and serves as a stepping stone for further growth. Many seekers begin their journey within a specific tradition but, as their consciousness expands, embrace the wisdom of all cultures and spiritual paths.

The New Human feels no confinement to their birthplace; they are at home anywhere in the world, with any people. They find joy not only in serving their family but in serving humanity, building thriving businesses that benefit all living beings—enterprises that provide wholesome food, heal diseases, empower vitality at any age, and unlock the doors to true knowledge for spiritual growth.

The Energy of Knowledge Replaces the Energy of Money

As the New Human arises, the age-old dominance of Money Energy will give way to Knowledge Energy—the driving force of the coming era. In the frantic pursuit of money (which many never feel they have enough of), people gamble their health and even their lives. Money, in essence, is a form of energy—yet today, most people, even the young, suffer from a chronic lack of physical energy, drained by scattered, often self-destructive pursuits without time for restoration.

But when humanity shifts its obsession from hoarding wealth to acquiring true knowledge—a knowledge that unlocks non-physical, psychic energy—balance and harmony will be restored.

A Citizen of the Universe

For the New Human, serving others to the fullest of their potential becomes the norm and highest purpose. To them, the entire planet is home, and all business relationships are founded not on domination and competition but on Love and Gratitude. They no longer belong to themselves—they belong to the world. And in this surrender, they discover true Joy and Happiness.

The New Human is a Citizen of the Cosmos.

In today's fast-paced society, maintaining excellent health has become increasingly difficult. Even young people often develop health issues over time. Our physical well-being is profoundly influenced by daily nutrition—and no amount of exercise can fully compensate for an unbalanced diet. Eventually, the body will fail in one system or another.

One-sided focus on physical training without proper nutrition ultimately yields no lasting benefits. We see this clearly in professional athletes: once they stop their intense training regimens, their bodies quickly deteriorate. Why? Because during peak activity, their bodies could process even unhealthy foods efficiently—thanks to robust lymphatic, circulatory, and digestive systems (especially the colon) that detoxified them in time.

This is no accident. The Vedas emphasize the critical importance of keeping the colon clean. As strange as it may sound, a clogged, malfunctioning colon disrupts other organs and systems, clouds the mind, and ultimately hinders spiritual growth.

The Foundation of Health: Nutrition

The cornerstone of a healthy body is balanced, wholesome nutrition. Exercise is merely a supplement—a helpful addition, but not the core.

Industrialized foods—loaded with chemicals, artificial additives, and engineered for shelf life, appearance, and addictive flavors—create dependency. People keep buying them, unaware of the damage.

Children suffer the most. Many have never tasted real, natural food. Young parents, overwhelmed by modern life's demands, rarely have time to study nutrition deeply or grasp its true significance. Instead, they rely on fragmented, often unreliable information—or the advice of conventional doctors, whose training rarely prioritizes preventive, food-based health.

Key Dietary Mistakes

Ignoring food compatibility – Mixing incompatible foods (e.g., fruits with proteins) strains digestion.

Acid-Alkaline Imbalance – Too many acid-forming foods (animal proteins, processed items) and too few alkaline ones (fresh veggies, fruits).

Reliance on fast food and processed meals – The illusion of convenience at the cost of vitality.

The only path to lifelong health is a shift to natural, living foods—no matter how challenging it seems at first.

Tailoring Nutrition to Your Needs

Physically active individuals and growing youth need protein-rich foods with complete amino acids for tissue repair.

Knowledge workers and the elderly require high-quality, easily digestible protein (e.g., plant-based or light animal proteins) to maintain mental clarity and avoid metabolic sluggishness.

Food and Emotional States

Every food carries its own emotional energy. This is why we crave specific foods in certain moods:

Honey vibrates with the energy of Love.

Bananas calm and cool the nervous system.

By observing cravings, we can diagnose our emotional state—and by choosing wisely, we can transform it.

Final Wisdom

Invest time in home-cooked meals, ideally from ingredients you've grown yourself.

Teach children healthy eating habits early—so they never want (or even know) toxic modern junk food.

May a truly healthy New Society arise—for the sake of our Planet and the evolution of all humanity!

Humans are inherently emotional beings—we experience the full spectrum of feelings, both positive and negative. The key lies in recognizing them in time and learning to control them. For most, mastering this takes years of practice before true Emotional Mastery is achieved.

One day, it became clear to me: Fear is the single most stubborn emotion, a powerful brake on human growth and evolution. Fear of the dark, fear of exams, fear of danger, fear of the unknown, fear of the future... So many remain stuck in life, trapped by the fear of loss or change. Most prefer the safety of their comfort zones, walking in circles, blind to the exit.

In my student years, I assumed professional athletes—especially in aggressive sports—were fearless. But I later realized: they, too, carry their own fears.

Fear is deeply intertwined with Doubt. Where there is doubt, fear lurks—whether faint or overwhelming. And doubt breeds uncertainty, another crippling obstacle to progress.

Fear shatters our equilibrium. It is rooted in ignorance—but the moment a person gains Knowledge and awakens to their true (not illusory) nature, fear naturally retreats. The core of fear lies in identifying with the physical body. The instant the body feels threatened, fear arises.

The Antidote: Spiritual Practice

Regular spiritual disciplines—studying ancient scriptures, meditation, yogic asanas, and pranayama (breath control)—not only help manage emotions but also illuminate one's true path.

A simple example: swimming. When fear strikes, breathing becomes rapid and shallow. But by calming the breath, we learn to float effortlessly. Similarly, pranayama trains us to dissolve fear by mastering the life force within.

The Power of Pranayama

With consistent practice, pranayama:

Sharpens focus and concentration.

Gradually weakens fear's grip.

Heightens body awareness—allowing us to hear and even control our internal systems.

Pranayama can (and should) accompany yoga, meditation, and daily activities—whether at work, commuting, or walking. Over time, conscious breathing enhances productivity and refines every action.

Most remarkably, this simple, accessible practice extends lifespan—a fact now confirmed by modern science. Yet, few use it.

Final Truth

Only those who conquer Fear conquer Death.

(For a step-by-step guide to pranayama, see the dedicated chapter in my first book, "The New Human.")
