These Terms & Conditions govern your use of amritacenter.com and any purchase, booking, or donation made through it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About AMRITA
Amritacenter.com is the website of the AMRITA Ayurvedic Healing Center project, offering wellness services, articles, music, books, and the opportunity to support the opening of the Center through donations.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected database.
3. Services and Bookings
Consultations, training programs, massage, yoga, and meditation sessions described on the Services page are provided by arrangement. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a time with you and payment has been received.
4. Store Purchases
All orders placed through the store are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, in which case any payment made is refunded in full. Digital products (music, e-books) are delivered electronically and are for your personal use only.
5. Donations
Donations made through the Donate page support the opening and operation of AMRITA Center. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a demonstrable processing error.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — texts, articles, songs, music recordings, book excerpts, images, the AMRITA logo, and design — belongs to Svetlana Georgievna Russkaya and is protected by copyright law, including Copyright Certificate No. 9000. Republication or reproduction of this content, in whole or in part, by any means is permitted only with the written permission of the copyright holder.
7. Health Disclaimer
The information, services, and programs offered on this site reflect Ayurvedic practice and personal experience. They are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
