BLESS US ALL…
Bless us all, bless us!
Through all the fire of our hearts’ burning
For this almighty PATIENCE,
The one for which we came here…
Bless us all, bless us!
To walk with dignity through all our Lessons
And not to hurt a friend by accident,
Accepting beforehand what will be on the Path…
Bless us all, bless us!
To forgive all those who were once with us,
With a heart washed by bloodied tears,
To carry this faith in Truth…
Bless us all, bless us!
Not to let greed take power over us,
That enters with harsh steps
And perverts the purity of the Soul…
Bless us all, bless us!
To give thanks for every breath,
And turn even the cruelest suffering
Into the energy of Love!
THE NEW HUMAN
We live in a remarkable time—a time that grants us the rare privilege of witnessing things that ordinary people could not even imagine just a hundred years ago… With the arrival of the internet in our lives, virtually all previously inaccessible information became instantly available. This did not happen by chance; it had already been foretold in the ancient Vedic Scriptures. Yet with this access to knowledge, a crucial question arises: how will each person choose to use this privilege that has suddenly opened up to them? For all knowledge and information can be used either for harm or for the good of humanity.
Throughout our long evolutionary journey, many civilizations have been destroyed simply because they chose a path of development that ultimately led to their downfall—a path that did not align with the plan of our Creator.
The modern technocratic path of development, like everything in life, has both positive and negative aspects. The negative side lies mainly in the fact that when the fruits of technological progress fall into the hands of people dominated by destructive qualities, all life on Earth can be swiftly and easily annihilated. Another danger is that most people today prefer interacting with technological devices—computers, tablets, televisions, mobile phones—over engaging in personal, human communication. This is especially apparent in developed countries, where interactions with loved ones are reduced to rare phone calls, and family values have eroded to the point where many choose not to start families at all. Friendships, if they still exist, are often reduced to transactional, mutually beneficial arrangements. The very word and idea of “friend” has changed so much that people now call someone they’ve just met—and barely know—a “friend.” But true friends are revealed in extreme situations, and such relationships are built and tested over years, through sincere interest in each other’s lives and consistent face-to-face connection—something that can never be replaced.
From this, numerous psychological and mental health issues have taken root, reaching massive proportions and continuing to grow steadily each year.
At the same time, the positive side of this path is that it offers immense opportunities: the use of information for personal development and business, as well as the ability to travel to any part of the planet. This opens wide access to gaining valuable personal experience in a short span of time—experience that is essential for progressing and fulfilling our individual programs.
In today’s world, we are also witnessing the arrival of a growing number of highly gifted children, something not seen on such a scale before. These children already view the world through the eyes of an adult and are capable of teaching their parents incredible things, constantly generating new and astonishing ideas.
The New Human represents a completely new consciousness—one that is free from religious dogma, political ideologies, social frameworks, and geographical limits. At the same time, such a person respects all religions and beliefs, not opposing them, but honoring the right of each individual to choose freely. After all, each religion corresponds to a specific level of development and also assumes further growth of the individual whose heart is attuned to that tradition (to a particular Goddess or God), finding sincere resonance within. That is why many people, in their search for Truth, begin their path within a certain tradition, but as their consciousness expands, they start embracing all religions and accepting all beliefs and cultures.
This person begins to understand that they do not belong only to the country of their birth—they feel at home wherever they are and with whomever they are surrounded.
The New Human finds joy not only in serving their family but also in truly serving humanity. Their thriving business works for the benefit of people and all living beings. It provides completely healthy, natural products that help people heal from illness and remain active at any age. It opens endless possibilities for people to gain true Knowledge, so they can grow and evolve spiritually.
Alongside the emergence of the New Human, the Energy of Knowledge is beginning to replace the still-dominant Energy of Money as the main driving force of the coming age. In the frantic pursuit of money—which always seems insufficient—people risk their health and sometimes even their lives. Money, in its essence, is a form of energy. But over time, a situation has arisen where most people—even the young—constantly experience a lack of physical energy. This energy is drained in countless directions, often toward destructive actions, and is not replenished quickly enough. When a shift finally occurs—when people turn from the insatiable chase for money to the pursuit of true Knowledge—this will unlock an extraordinary access to energy of non-physical, mental origin. And then, balance will be restored, and all human energy systems will harmonize.
For the New Human, bringing good to others and fully realizing their own potential becomes the norm and the ultimate purpose of life. For such a person, the entire Planet is their home, and all business relationships are based not on dominance and competition, but on Love and Gratitude. They no longer feel that they belong only to themselves—they belong to the whole world. And from this comes true Joy and Happiness!
The New Human is a citizen of the Universe.
The Essence of Health
In our modern daily lives, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain excellent health. As a rule, even young people begin to face various health issues with age. Our physical health is heavily influenced by our daily nutrition. Even with regular exercise, if our diet is poor and unbalanced, the body will inevitably begin to malfunction—whether in specific organs or bodily systems. Physical exercise alone, without healthy eating habits, ultimately does not bring truly positive results.
We can also observe real-life examples: as soon as professional athletes stop their intense daily training, various physical problems begin to appear. This can be easily explained. While undergoing heavy training, such individuals may consume foods that are not particularly healthy, but their bodies have a strong capacity for cleansing—especially through the lymphatic system, bloodstream, and large intestine. This enables them to cope with unhealthy food and eliminate toxins in time. It’s no coincidence that the Vedas place great emphasis on keeping the large intestine impeccably clean… As strange as it may sound, a toxic and poorly functioning large intestine can disrupt the proper functioning of other systems and organs. This in turn negatively affects thinking and, ultimately, slows a person’s spiritual development.
The foundation for keeping the body in excellent condition is balanced, healthy nutrition. Physical exercise or regular workouts should be seen as a good supplement—not a substitute.
The consumption of industrial food products—made with high-tech processes and filled with chemical and artificial additives to improve appearance, shelf life, aroma, and flavor—creates a certain attachment in consumers, and over time, even addiction. This constantly stimulates people to buy products that gradually destroy their health.
Children suffer the most from this. Many of them have never even tasted the natural flavor of real foods. Young parents, overwhelmed by the fast-paced demands of modern life, often don’t have the time to deeply study what healthy eating truly means—let alone understand its importance. They may catch a headline or hear something in passing from questionable sources, all while being regularly influenced by traditional doctors they visit with their children.
In the daily diets of both adults and children, there is often no consideration for food compatibility or the balance between alkaline (fresh fruits and vegetables) and acid-forming foods (animal proteins). On top of this, many people rely on fast food and mass-produced industrial products. Transitioning to a natural diet rich in fresh, living foods seems overwhelming for many—but this is the only true path to maintaining good health at any age.
Our daily food intake should match the body’s physical or mental workload, as well as the individual’s age and constitution. People doing hard physical labor and children or teens with rapidly growing bodies need foods rich in amino acids to support the building of their own bodily proteins.
For those engaged in intellectual work or of older age, high-quality proteins that are easy to digest and non-toxic are necessary for mental clarity and agility. Additionally, they should consume foods that help maintain strong focus over long periods. For older adults, this kind of nutrition becomes essential due to slower metabolism and age-related changes in the body.
Nutrition also plays a significant role in our psycho-emotional state and overall nervous system. It’s becoming clearer to many that every food carries its own unique emotional signature. This is why, depending on our current emotional state, our body craves specific foods—ones that resonate with how we feel in the moment. Through food, we can identify our emotional state (for example, the emotional essence of honey is Love) and also influence it (bananas, for instance, calm and cool the body and mind).
In conclusion, I’d like to say: do not spare time when it comes to preparing healthy, homemade meals—ideally using ingredients you’ve grown yourself. Pay special attention to the nutrition of our children, and from a very early age, instill healthy taste habits in a way that they not only don’t desire but ideally are unfamiliar with modern, harmful, toxic food.
May a truly healthy New Society of people grow and thrive—for the good of our Planet and the further evolution of all humankind!
THE EMOTION OF FEAR
Human beings are always prone to experiencing emotions—we possess the full range of them. Sometimes, these emotions overwhelm us, whether in their negative or positive forms. Everything depends on our ability to notice them quickly and learn how to manage them in time. For most people, this takes many years of practice before they can truly gain mastery over their emotions.
One day it became absolutely clear to me that FEAR is the single most difficult emotion to overcome, and it is the one that most hinders human growth and development. Fear of the dark, fear of exams, fear of danger, fear of the unknown, fear of the future—the list goes on. Because of fear—fear of losing something or making a change in life—many people become stuck at certain stages of their journey. Due to fear, most people prefer to remain in their comfort zone or walk in circles, unable to see a way out.
In my student years, I used to think that professional athletes, especially those in aggressive sports, were fearless. But over time, I realized that they are just like everyone else—they too have fears.
Fear is deeply connected with Doubt. Whenever we feel doubt, fear is also present to some extent. Doubt breeds a lack of self-confidence or uncertainty in some area of life, and this greatly slows down our progress and personal growth.
Fear disrupts our internal balance and is entirely based on ignorance. But as soon as a person gains true Knowledge and begins to understand their true Nature, rather than an illusory one, fear naturally begins to fade. The primary reason for fear is that a person identifies themselves with their physical body. So, when there’s a perceived risk to its safety, fear arises instantly.
That’s why regular spiritual practice—such as studying ancient spiritual texts and applying their wisdom in daily life, meditation, yogic postures (asanas), and pranayama (breathwork)—can genuinely help us not only to control our emotions but to discover our personal path forward.
A simple example: when learning to swim, many people notice how fear causes their breathing to change from normal to rapid and shallow. But once you start breathing calmly and correctly, swimming becomes much easier.
Over time, it becomes clear that regular Pranayama practice (specific breathing techniques) can significantly enhance our attention and concentration—and ultimately help reduce the emotion of fear to some degree or even eliminate it.
At the beginning of regular Pranayama practice, we start noticing things we previously ignored. With intention and awareness, we can begin to feel—and even hear—how our internal systems function. Over time, we can even learn to control them.
Pranayama should always accompany yoga postures and meditation, and it can also be easily integrated into your day—whether you’re at the office, commuting, or walking. Learning to monitor and guide your breath will eventually increase your focus and concentration, which will reflect positively in your work and in everything you do.
Eventually, Pranayama can become a natural part of your life, improving not only your physical health but also stabilizing your psycho-emotional state. With consistent practice, it becomes clear that we can learn to govern our emotions—including one of the most difficult to manage: Fear.
What’s truly amazing is that despite its accessibility and simplicity, most people still don’t use this method in their daily lives. Yet one of the most fascinating benefits of regular Pranayama practice— now scientifically proven—is that it increases life expectancy.
You can learn how to practice Pranayama step by step in my first book, The New Human, in the corresponding chapter.
Only the one who has conquered Fear—has conquered Death.
